I have a question about my report, can you help?

Of course! Our teams are available to answer any questions 8am-7pm Monday – Friday, just drop them an email or give them a call. If you think you’ve received a wrong report please double check the details you submitted; the company name and number need to exactly match the records that are held by the registries for our system to find your documents.

How does payment work?

Unlike other providers, we don’t operate on a subscription service. All our reports are available on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you only pay for what you need. You can pay easily with a credit or debit card, and we will send you a full invoice to allow you to easily recover the cost from your client.

Something isn’t right on my invoice, who can I talk to?

If something doesn’t look right just give our team a call between 8am and 7pm Monday – Friday and they will be happy to assist you.

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

Look out for the “Promotional Code” box when checking out your basket, if you have any issues get in touch with us before processing your order.

Why can’t I sign into my account?

If you’re having trouble getting into your account, try resetting your password using the “forgotten password” link. If this doesn’t work, drop us a line at [email protected] and we will figure out what’s gone wrong.

I’d like to close my account with inspeX.info, how do I do this?

We’re sorry to hear that. As our service is pay-as-you-go, you don’t need to close your account in order to stop being charged. We will remove your account after a period of inactivity in line with data protection regulations. If you’d like to close your account sooner than this, let us know at [email protected]

I’m not receiving emails from inspeX.info, what should I do?

Make sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list so that your reports aren’t heading straight for the junk folder. If that still doesn’t work, get in touch

How can I unsubscribe from your emails / newsletters

All our emails have a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of the mail. You can change your email preferences at any time within your account settings.

I need a bespoke report, can you help?

We’ve been creating bespoke reports for over 30 years, and we’ve gotten pretty good at it. If you need something a little out of the ordinary just get in touch and we’ll provide a competitive quote.
